The Australian Packaging & Processing Machinery Association has announced that it will soon open submissions for its annual scholarship programme.

New Zealand packaging professionals can apply for the scholarship programme. The scholarship will enable a packaging technologist, designer, or engineer the opportunity to complete a Diploma in Packaging Technology to the value of $9,000.

APPMA says that Diploma in Packaging Technology students come from a variety of backgrounds and disciplines and can work as experienced practitioners or managers in technical, sales/marketing, QA, purchasing, engineering or design. It adds that completion of the Diploma in Packaging Technology demonstrates a commitment to career and to the industry. On top of that, delegates who successfully complete the Diploma equip themselves for senior positions within the packaging industry.

Submissions Close January 20. To access the criteria and submission form, visit http://aipack.com.au/education/appma-annual-scholarship/ or http://aipack.com.au/wp-content/uploads/2017_APPMA_scholarship.pdf
