KBA will take its inkjet web press, the KBA RotaJet L, to the Hunkeler Innovationdays later this month.

The RotaJet L series, offered in 1/1 and 4/4 configurations for web widths from 77cm to 138cm, enables tailoring for individual applications and for retrospective expansion in terms of width and number of colours. KBA demonstrated the presses at drupa last year.

The company also offers the RotaJet VL series for web widths up to 225 cm. KBA cites maximum flexibility, excellent print quality and ultimate productivity as hallmarks of these digital web presses. It claims the widest inkjet web presses for the book printing, decor, publications, packaging and advertising segments.

KBA adds that one of its greatest assets is its wealth of technical know-how relating to web control and substrate handling saying that the combination of precision engineering and modern inkjet head technologies achieves excellent print results on complicated substrates.
